If you are a new client to Pucker & Wink or are having a certain treatment for the first time please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment, to fill out our paperless consultation form and to advise us on any health changes which could affect your treatment.

PRIVACY POLICY

Pucker & Wink neither collects nor stores sensitive financial information such as your credit card details. If you decide to provide credit card information to Pucker & Wink (e.g. for a credit card purchase over the telephone), once the transaction is complete the information is securely destroyed and never copied or stored in any way.

The only personal information we collect from you is that which you decide to give to us in order to make contact. It may include any or all of: your name, your telephone number, your mobile number, your email and address. That information is used only by Pucker & Wink to make contact with you. Your information is never shared with any third parties (unless required by law, of course).

Your information is used for personal contact regarding appointments, skincare, consultations, etc. Your personal information may on occasions also be used for letting you know about special offers that could interest you, announcements, newsletters, emails etc. You can opt out of any of this contact at any time. Any other use of information you may provide to Pucker & Wink will be advised to you at the time you give that information to us.  

CANCELLATION POLICY

At Pucker & Wink our clients are extremely important to us. We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation of your appointment may be necessary. We hold your appointment just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule please provide us with at least 24 hours notice,  This will ensure we are able to adjust our schedule and accommodate other client’s on our waiting list. Last minute cancellations or “no shows” will be charged 50% of total services booked.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, we cannot guarantee we will be able to complete your treatment for you. If your treatment is unable to be completed due to being late, the above cancellation policy will apply.
